The African Leadership Institute (ALI) is a private company, registered by the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education (HEXCO) as a training and development institution. The company is headquartered in Harare and has mandate to operate internationally. Its objective is to advance and support professional managerial and leadership practice. The institute achieves its objective through:
